联合国前南法庭26日开审卡拉季奇

据美联社报道,联合国前南问题国际刑事法庭定于26日对波黑前领导人卡拉季奇展开审讯,但是由于卡拉季奇的抵制,他本人今日可能将缺席。

据报道,卡拉季奇将在法庭上为自己辩护,但他认为自己需要更长的时间做准备,并表示将拒绝出庭。

现年64岁的卡拉季奇去年7月在塞尔维亚首都贝尔格莱德被捕,此前的13年他一直隐姓埋名。

巴格达爆炸事件

据英国媒体报道,伊拉克警方26日称,伊拉克首都巴格达25日发生的两起自杀式汽车炸弹爆炸事件,目前已造成155人死亡,500多人受伤,这是该国两年多来发生的最严重的一次袭击。

 据悉,这两起爆炸袭击靠近伊拉克司法部办公楼和巴格达政府大楼。事发后,很多国家领导人对爆炸事件进行了指责,伊拉克官方称袭击是基地组织和被推翻的萨达姆政府的余党所为。  

  

  自从美国发动伊拉克战争至今,该国的暴力袭击事件已有所减少。但由于明年1月伊拉克将举行大选,因此有观察者认为爆炸和枪击事件可能还会增加。

我们的法律

难道我们的法律也像文革式的运动-风暴:严打风暴,打黑风暴……

给人的感觉像是不严打你们就滋生吧。

法律是不是应该特别的稳定?这就是底线:任何时候都不能逾越,而不说只是运动的时候。

交通执法在中国也是如此,平时没事-警察在也没人管,运动的时候就不行,专门有警察抓平时让大家养成的习惯。

被抓过一次在单线左拐停车等,再也不违法了,可是这个时候看见很多的人都是违法双线停车左拐等,前面就是交警,照样不管。呵呵,和谐但不稳定。

英国一对兄妹俩,开长途车,在高速路上以120公里/小时的速度撞到一只狼,因为认为狼必死无疑,俩人并未停车检查,继续开车赶路,经过8小时,965公里,途中还进加油站加油2次,都没有去仔细检查。最终到目的地,检查车况打开引擎盖,才发现路上撞到的狼,居然牢牢地嵌入了车的前保险杠里面,正可怜巴巴地看着他们,而且活生生的并无大碍,最终拆下车前保险杠,才取出了狼。
